Riverside County, CA Selects DebtBook to Modernize Debt Management Across County, Agencies, and School Districts

CHARLOTTE, NC, February 19, 2026 –  DebtBook, a leading provider of treasury and accounting software for government and nonprofit finance teams, today announced that the Riverside County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office in Riverside County, CA (“Riverside”) has selected its Debt Management solution to centralize, organize, and improve visibility into debt across the County, its agencies, and affiliated school districts.

As Riverside’s debt portfolio has grown more complex, tracking obligations across multiple entities—while keeping data properly segregated—has become increasingly critical. The County sought a modern system that could support clear organizational structure, robust reporting, and controlled access, while reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual processes. DebtBook’s purpose-built Debt Management platform provides the flexibility Riverside needs to manage core County debt alongside agency and school district debt within a single system, without sacrificing separation or oversight.

“DebtBook gives us a structured way to organize and manage debt across the County, our agencies, and school districts, while still maintaining appropriate separation and controls,” said Giovane Pizano, Assistant Treasurer-Tax Collector at Riverside County. “Having centralized, reliable data and flexible reporting will help maintain a high standard on how we track obligations and respond to both internal and external reporting needs.”

DebtBook’s Debt Management solution will enable Riverside County to centralize debt records, automate amortization schedules, and generate consistent, audit-ready reports across entities.

“We’re proud to support Riverside County as they modernize how they manage and analyze debt across a large, multi-entity environment,” said Tyler Traudt, Co-Founder and CEO of DebtBook. “With DebtBook, Riverside is strengthening transparency, improving reporting efficiency, and laying the foundation for a more unified treasury strategy.”
