CHARLOTTE, NC, May 7, 2026 – DebtBook, a leading provider of software for government and nonprofit treasury and accounting teams, today announced that El Dorado Irrigation District (the “District”) in El Dorado County, CA has adopted its full Treasury Management System (TMS), along with Lease and Subscription Management solutions, to centralize financial operations, improve visibility, and reduce reliance on manual processes.

The District will leverage DebtBook’s comprehensive Treasury Management System, including Debt Management, Cash Management, and Investment Management, to bring together critical financial data into a single, centralized platform. With Debt Management, the District will streamline bond proceeds tracking, automate accounting workflows, and monitor refunding opportunities more effectively. DebtBook will also enable the team to enhance reporting accuracy, improve compliance processes, and gain a clearer view of its overall debt portfolio.

In addition, the District will use DebtBook’s Cash Management solution to strengthen daily cash visibility and forecasting, as well as its Investment Management capabilities to better track and manage investment activity across accounts.

“Our team was looking for a solution that could bring all of our treasury and debt processes into one place,” said Penny Buchman, Finance Director at El Dorado Irrigation District. “DebtBook gives us the tools to streamline our workflows, improve transparency, and better manage our financial operations without relying on disconnected spreadsheets.”

To further support compliance and reporting, the District will also implement DebtBook’s Lease and Subscription Management solution to simplify accounting and ensure alignment with GASB 87 and GASB 96 standards.

“We’re proud to partner with El Dorado Irrigation District as they take a more modern, centralized approach to managing their treasury and debt operations,” said Tyler Traudt, CEO and Co-Founder of DebtBook. “Bringing debt, cash, investments, and compliance into a single system positions their team to operate with greater efficiency, accuracy, and confidence.”
